Legal Team Announce ‘Gaming Event’ for Charity

A networking event with a difference is to be hosted by an Ipswich law firm, in aid of charity.

Attwells Solicitors will host the games console networking tournament at the Press Start Gaming Lounge in Princes Street, Ipswich, on Wednesday February 21.

Money raised from the event will go to Papworth Trust, a charity which supports disabled and older people in Ipswich and across the East of England.

Nick Attwell, Managing Partner at Attwells Solicitors, said: “We think this is a unique way to network – while also encouraging a bit of fun competition for such a great cause.

“We are delighted to be supporting the work of Papworth Trust, a great local charity in our town, while also looking forward to a great gaming and network evening and to seeing who comes out on top in our fun tournament.”

Jo Revitt, Papworth Trust’s corporate partnership fundraiser, said: “We are delighted that Attwells Solicitors are hosting a games console networking tournament.

“It promises to be a fun evening for all and a great chance to network with others as well as raising money for the Papworth Trust.”

Tickets for the event, which starts at 6pm, are £25 per person or £80 for a team of four and include tournament entry, buffet food and access to all gaming facilities.
