An event celebrating all things cycling has raised over £2000 for The Mayor of Ipswich’s nominated charities.

This week, a cheque totalling £2000 was officially presented to The Mayor as a result of the collaboration.

“I could not be more proud to know that we have played such a part in raising so much money for great local causes,” said Pat Lewis, Source One.

“I’m thrilled that our sponsorship support, together with the enthusiastic commitment of my staff on the day, alongside others, has helped benefit the various nominated charities.”

The Mayor’s nominated charities are are FIND – Families in Need, Lighthouse – Women’s Aid Ipswich and The Ipswich Hospital Charity.
